Violin Tuned D.E.A.D

In an earlier film, Playing A Note on the Violin While I Walk Around the Studio (Violin #1), Nauman played a single note on the violin as he walked around his studio. In this video work, he remains in a stationary position while he plays four strings together. (These have been tuned to the notes of the title, as opposed to the normal G, D, A, and E.) The camera is fixed and turned on its side.

Re-enactment

For this work Alÿs purchased a gun in Mexico City then walked through the city streets with the weapon in his hand. After eleven minutes he was arrested by the police. The following day he repeated the action, this time in cooperation with the police. By presenting a record of this dramatic action alongside footage of its reenactment, Alÿs blurs the boundaries between documentation and fiction. Questioning the concept of authenticity, this work demonstrates “how media can distort and dramatize the immediate reality of a moment,” the artist has said. She crossed 11 countries involved in wars, hitchhiking with another Milanese artist, Silvia Moro, both wearing a wedding dress. This was a performance for peace, trust and hoping to prove that if you rely on others, you’ll receive good things only. After travelling many roads, the two artists decided to split for a while in Istanbul, planning to meet again in Byblos. Pippa left then, alone, and nobody heard from her again.

Ado: SPECIAL LIVE 2024「心臓」

Ado SPECIAL LIVE 2024 "Shinzou" was held on April 27th and 28th, 2024, and attracted 140,000 people over the two days. The LIVE Blu-ray & DVD of Ado SPECIAL LIVE 2024 "Shinzou", the first solo live performance by a female solo artist at the National Stadium in Tokyo. The performance includes 26 songs, including "Sakura Biyori and Time Machine", in which she performed on stage for the first time with her beloved Hatsune Miku, "DIGNITY", which featured guest Matsumoto Takahiro (B'z), "Sho", which was performed at last year's NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen and was also performed in collaboration with Universal Studios Japan this year, and "Aishite Ai Shite Ai Shite", a crazy song by Vocaloid P Kikuo, which was also performed on the world tour "Wish". This is a live video work that lasts more than two hours and is full of productions unique to the National Stadium. It contains the second day of the live performance on April 28th.

SHINee WORLD VI [PERFECT ILLUMINATION] JAPAN FINAL LIVE in TOKYO DOME

Shinee World VI: Perfect Illumination is the sixth concert tour by South Korean boy band Shinee. It began on June 23, 2023, at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul, and continued on to Japan later in the year. The tour is Shinee's first in several years, after a hiatus brought on by mandatory military service and the COVID-19 pandemic.
