A school teacher discusses types of government with his class. His students find it too boring to repeatedly go over national socialism and believe that dictatorship cannot be established in modern Germany. He starts an experiment to show how easily the masses can become manipulated.

A journalist senses a story behind the ad and smuggles himself in among the test subjects. They are randomly divided into prisoners and guards. What seems like a game at the beginning soon turns into bloody seriousness.

L'Enfant sauvage

In 1798, a feral boy is discovered outside the town of Aveyron, France. Diagnosed as mentally impaired, he is relegated to an asylum. A young doctor named Jean Itard becomes convinced that the boy has normal mental capacity, but that his development was hindered by lack of contact with society. About Vipeholmsanstalten in Lund, Sweden, and the experiments that during the 40s and 50s were carried out on mentally and physically handicapped patients, to investigate the effect of sugar on the teeth, this at a time when tooth decay was a major problem in dental health in Sweden. By force-feeding the patients at Vipeholm a kind of extra-sweet caramel in large quantities, the experiments revolutionized research, while the defenseless patients had to take the hit for it.

Black Friday

University professor George Kingsley is struck by gangsters while crossing the street, leaving him with brain damage and one of the gangsters, Cannon, paralyzed. Kingsley's friend Dr. Sovac attends to both men, and when Cannon offers him a reward for aiding his recovery, Kovac transplants part of Cannon's brain into the dying Kingsley's skull, creating a dual personality.
