Inspired by the protagonist of Fist of the North Star, he dedicates himself to learning the fictional martial art of Hokuto Shinken. Along the way he learns that, while he can't actually kill people, he does have all the qualifications to become a top-tier masseur.

One year ago, a UFO containing 150 aliens crash-landed off the shores of Kasai. One morning, a truck carrying a capsule that housed one of the aliens ends up dropping it into the riverbank, releasing her from her confinement. Upon being named Ren, she imprints upon him as her "Master" and serves as his personal "Slave," leaving him with a "DearS" who wants to remain with him no matter what.
