Museum Secrets combines surprising discoveries about things we all recognize with amazing revelations about things we’ve never seen before. Every episode travels to one of the world’s top museums to tell the stories of six irreplaceable artifacts. For each of these treasures the series myth-busts familiar legends with cutting edge research and technology, and uncovers a fascinating secret. The 22 museums featured in the series are renowned for their rich collections, stunning architecture, and the prominent roles they have played in the history of art, culture, research and human achievement.

Museum Men

Whether it's the famous steps of the Titanic or the legendary lunar landing of Apollo 13, there is no museum exhibit that the expert builders at Creative Arts Unlimited, Inc. can't re-create. Viewers will follow these highly skilled craftsmen as they use their expertise to meticulously rebuild history in museums across the nation. Led by Roger Barganier (co-founder, president and creative director), the team at Creative Arts Unlimited, approach each build with a determination to tell a story. Every exhibit that is produced by the Museum Men is engaging, informative, and historically accurate. No detail is overlooked, because for Creative Arts authenticity is everything. In addition to building for museums, Creative Arts also re-creates items for private collections. But whoever the recipient may be, every build poses unique challenges, including hard-to-find research, demanding schedules, and obsolete methods of construction.

Eyewitness

Dive into the field of natural science, Discover the Solar System or the various functions of the human body. The information is presented in the "Eyewitness Museum", a computer-generated science museum. Various exhibits are shown, and stock video footage is usually seen through large windows or other depressions in the wall.

Nine security guards from the Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga, in Lisbon, invite us to appreciate works of their choice from the Museum's permanent exhibition, in a presentation that crosses art, everyday life and biography.

Andy's Dinosaur Adventures

Andy works at the National Museum in the Dinosaur Gallery with Hatty. After part of an exhibit is damaged or needs replacing, Andy travels back in time to age of Dinosaurs using the Old Museum Clock to find a replacement piece. He encounters many Dinosaurs and other creatures that lived at the same time.

Nefertiti - The Lonely Queen

A documentary that explores the dim world of illicit trade in antiquities, as well as the long and hard struggle for the repatriation of all stolen treasures.

Pinches Momias

With roots in Mexican history and folklore, it is based on the mummies of Guanajuato, one of the most fascinating collections in the world. The series follows a group of teenagers from Guanajuato, who represent the only hope for their people to survive when the renowned mummies are resurrected during the Cervantino Festival, the busiest week of the year.

Mummies Alive!

Mummies Alive! is an American animated series from DIC Entertainment. It originally aired for one season in 1997. In ancient Egypt, an evil sorcerer named Scarab, kills the pharaoh's son, Prince Rapses, so he can become immortal. Entombed alive for his crime, Scarab revives in the modern world and begins his search for Rapses' reincarnation, a San Francisco-dwelling boy named Presley Carnovan to retrieve the spirit of Rapses' so he can become immortal. Rapses' bodyguards, Ja-Kal, Rath, Armon, and Nefer-Tina, along with Rapses' cat, Kahti, awake from the dead to protect him from Scarab. They use the power of Ra to transform into powerful guardians. Each of the mummies is aligned with the power of an Egyptian god. Ja-Kal uses the spirit of falcon, Rath uses the spirit of snake, Armon uses the spirit of ram, and Nefer-Tina uses the spirit of cat. They are able to call upon it for magical armor and powers to fight superhuman evildoers. Although, once their strength is exhausted, they must rest in their sarcophagi to regain the ability. In order to access these powers, the mummies call out the phrase "With the Strength of Ra!", which triggers their transformation. The mummies also have the power to make a horrifying face, usually used to scare away nosy bystanders.

Monster Squad

Monster Squad is a television series that aired Saturday mornings on NBC from 1976-1977 that is unrelated to the later movie of the same name. The series stars Fred Grandy as Walt, a criminology student working as a night watchman at "Fred's Wax Museum". To pass the time, Walt built a prototype "Crime Computer" hidden in a large stone sarcophagus near an exhibit of legendary monsters. When Walt plugged in his computer, "oscillating vibrations" brought to life the wax statues of Dracula, the Wolfman who here was named "Bruce W. Wolf", and Frankenstein's Monster who was referred to as "Frank N. Stein" in the credits. The monsters, wanting to make up for the misdeeds of their pasts, became superhero crimefighters who used their unique abilities to challenge and defeat various supervillains. In most episodes, Walt would send the monsters out to investigate crimes and fight the villains while monitoring the activities from the wax museum via the Crime Computer, presumably because his job required him to be at the wax museum at all times. However, Walt would sometimes join the climactic battle with his comrades in some episodes and come to the rescue when needed.

Unnatural History

Teenager Henry Griffin acquired many skills through years of travelling the world with his anthropologist parents. Sent to live with his uncle and cousin in Washington DC, and with the help of his cousin Jasper and friend Maggie, he must now use those skills to solve the modern mysteries of high school.

The Last Templar

The Last Templar is a four-hour Canadian miniseries, based on the 2005 novel The Last Templar, which aired in the U.S. on January 25 and 26, 2009, starring Mira Sorvino, Scott Foley, Victor Garber, Anthony Lemke, Kenneth Welsh, Danny Blanco Hall and Omar Sharif. The miniseries is produced by Muse Entertainment Enterprises. Emmy Award-winning Robert Halmi Sr., along with Robert Halmi Jr., and Michael Prupas are the executive producers.
