Longtime Michigan broadcaster Jim Brandstatter breaks down the previous day's football action with post-game interviews with the players and coaches, along with special features on the University of Michigan. Michigan Replay was the broadcasts of weekly (in season) coach's shows for University of Michigan football and men's basketball. The football Michigan Replay Show went on the air in 1975 with twelve to sixteen programs per year. Larry Adderley was the host from 1975 to 1979. Jim Brandstatter took over starting in 1980. In 2008 the title was changed to Inside Michigan Football. The basketball coach's show was first broadcast in 1990 under the title Michigan Basketball Preview and became Michigan Replay in 1999/2000. The format of the half-hour show was a host and the head coach in a studio setting reviewing the previous weeks games and previewing the upcoming games. Typically there would be one or more guests and often a short topical story.

College GameDay (branded as ESPN College GameDay built by The Home Depot for sponsorship reasons) is a pre-game show broadcast by ESPN as part of the network's coverage of college football, broadcast on Saturday mornings during the college football season. In its current form, the program is typically broadcast from the campus of the team hosting a featured game being played that day and features news and analysis of the day's upcoming games.

The Pat McAfee Show

The Pat McAfee Show is a three-hour daily sports talk show hosted by WWE commentator and former National Football League punter Pat McAfee on ESPN, ESPN+, ESPN's YouTube channel, and McAfee's own YouTube channel. Only the first two hours air on ESPN; the final hour airs exclusively on ESPN+ and YouTube.

College Football Live

College Football Live is a show that airs weekdays during the college football season on ESPN or ESPN2, and ESPNU. Its premiere was on Monday, July 23, 2007. Wendi Nix serves as the lead host, and it also features ESPN college football analysts Desmond Howard, Joey Galloway, David Pollack, Trevor Matich and others. College Football Live also features Live interviews with college coaches and players.

Jason Kelce and his guests dissect NFL topics and storylines, mainly focused on that weekend’s games, in both conventional and good-humoredly unconventional approaches including active participation from the fans in attendance.

NFL Scoreboard

NFL Scoreboard is a weekly in-season program on the NFL Network. It is a studio show hosted by Fran Charles, with analysis from former National Football League center Jamie Dukes. The program begins every Sunday at 4 p.m. Eastern time and airs, in more or less a continuous loop, until the conclusion of NBC Sunday Night Football at approximately 11:30 p.m. ET. NFL Scoreboard consists of score updates, analysis, limited game highlights, and extensive postgame comments from players and coaches. This program was once the last part of Red Zone. That show consists of game updates presented with text and graphics on the television screen and audio from Sirius NFL Radio. From 2003 to 2005, Red Zone ran from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern, followed by Point After. As part of the network's 2006 revamp, Point After became a five-day-a-week show, Red Zone was reduced to three hours, and this show and NFL GameDay were created.

This show follows four top quarterback prospects throughout their final college football season and into the offseason as they prepare for the NFL Combine, their Pro Days and ultimately the NFL Draft.

Evening Shade

Evening Shade is an American sitcom television series that aired on CBS from 1990 to 1994. The series stars Burt Reynolds as Wood Newton, an ex-professional football player for the Pittsburgh Steelers, who returns to rural Evening Shade, Arkansas to coach a high school football team with a long losing streak. Reynolds personally requested to use the Steelers as his former team because he is a fan. The general theme of the show is the appeal of small town life. Episodes ended with a closing narration by Ossie Davis summing up the events of the episode, always closing with "... in a place called Evening Shade." The show's final episode saw the guest appearances of Willie Nelson and Buzz Aldrin as escaped convicts on the run from authorities, the final scene being a spectacular shoot-out reminiscent of the final scene of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. The opening segment included clips from around Arkansas, including the famous McClard's Bar-be-que, which is situated on Albert Pike Blvd. and South Patterson St. in Hot Springs National Park.

America's Game: The Super Bowl Champions

America's Game: The Super Bowl Champions is an annual documentary series created by NFL Films (broadcast on the NFL Network and CBS). Each of its 55 (and counting) installments profile the National Football League's annual Super Bowl champion through highlights, interviews with players and coaches, and a celebrity narrator. A spin-off debuted on September 18, 2008, titled America's Game: The Missing Rings which chronicled five of the best teams to never win the Super Bowl.

Two-A-Days

Two-A-Days is a show on the United States cable television channel MTV. The show chronicled the lives of teens at Hoover High School in Hoover, Alabama, a suburb of nearby Birmingham. It focused on the members of the school's highly-rated Hoover Buccaneers football team during the football season, while they balanced athletics with school and relationships. The show premiered on August 23, 2006, at 10:30 P.M. EDT and subsequently was broadcast weekly on Wednesdays at the same time. The show began on MTV Canada on September 7, 2006, at 10 P.M. EDT. Repeat episodes of the show are also shown on CMT, MTV's sister channel, at various times. In Hoover, the show's premiere episode was shown to the cast, their families and supporters at a local theater; the event was staged as a movie premiere, with the traditional red carpet replaced by a carpet of artificial turf, complete with stripes as would be found on a football field. The second season began on Tuesday, January 30, 2007.
