Stockard Channing: In Just Friends

Stockard Channing in Just Friends is a 1979 American television sitcom starring Stockard Channing, who was already known for her appearances in Grease and other films. Gerrit Graham, Mimi Kennedy, Lou Crisculo and Sydney Goldsmith co-starred with her on the series. The show premiered on CBS on March 4, 1979 and ended on June 24, 1979. A year later, Channing starred in her self-titled The Stockard Channing Show.

A Bit of a Do

A Bit of a Do is a British comedy drama series based on the books by David Nobbs. The show starred David Jason and was aired on ITV in 1989. It was made for the ITV network by Yorkshire Television. The show was set in a fictional Yorkshire town. Each episode took place at a different social function and followed the changing lives of two families, the working-class Simcocks and the middle-class Rodenhursts, together with their respective friends, Rodney and Betty Sillitoe, and Neville Badger. The series begins with the wedding of Ted and Rita Simcock's son Paul to Laurence and Liz Rodenhurst's daughter Jenny; an event at which Ted and Liz begin an affair. The subsequent fallout from this affair forms the basis for most of the first series.

The series stars Mary Tyler Moore in her return to series television after an absence of over six years, during which time she appeared on Broadway in Whose Life Is It Anyway? and in the dramatic film Ordinary People. The Nick Cannon Show

The Nick Cannon Show is an American television comedy spin-off of All That. It aired on Nickelodeon's SNICK block 2002-2003 along with All That, The Amanda Show and Taina. The premise of the semi-scripted show was that its star, Nick Cannon, a former cast member on All That, would come across a situation he thought needed changing and then "take over" to make things better, or at least funnier. After production and crew changes occurred in the second season, the program suffered from low ratings and was canceled in February 2003. Guest stars on the show included Usher, Mary J. Blige, Britney Spears, Eddie Murphy, Willy Santos, Lil' Romeo, Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell and girl group 3LW. Although a spin-off of All That, frequent collaborator Dan Schneider was not involved with The Nick Cannon Show.

Her hijinks often involve, either directly or indirectly, neurotic history teacher Chuck Noblet and his secret lover, sensitive art teacher Geoffrey Jellineck.
