Qual é o Seu Talento?, often shortened to QST?, was a Brazilian reality television series on the SBT, a modern version of Show de Calouros created by Silvio Santos in the 70's. Former MTV Brasil VJ André Vasco is the show's main host and the judging panel consisted of Thomas Roth, Arnaldo Saccomani, Carlos Eduardo Miranda and Cyz Zamorano. On June 23, 2010, season 2 fourth place finisher Laura Fontana, the Baby Lady Gaga, join the cast as the show's backstage interviewer. On the show, singers, dancers, magicians, comedians, variety acts, and other performers of all ages compete against each other for the advertised top prize. Among its significant features were that it gave an opportunity to talented amateurs or unknown performers, with the results decided by the judges vote.

The first season started on April 12, 2010 with a high ratings and continued broadcasting. Maria De Filippi, Gerry Scotti and Rudy Zerbi are the three judges. Talents are competing for €100,000.

It is a talent show that features all different kinds of performances of all ages competing for performing contract with Fremantle Media and Sony Music Entertainment. The show is a joint production between FremantleMedia, Shanghai Media Group, Radio and TV Shanghai and Syco. On January 17, 2011, DragonTV announced that series 2 of the show has been launched. DragonTV also announced that there will be two series of the show in 2011.
